OJT: On-The-Job Training DevelopmentWHO: For people who are new to training, or those who want a method to ensuring that knowledge is being transferred.

We show you tools to ensure that the trainer is covering everything the job entails while helping you get the best out of your new trainee. We include an onboarding plan with metrics to aid in performance management that you can tailor to meet your specific needs. |
Design ThinkingWHO: Struggling with a "human-centered" challenge? Something like, "how do our employees want to be recognized? Or maybe you're looking for the customer's experience with your product or service.
WHAT: Design Thinking thinking gives us the unique customer perspective. The tools are designed to view challenges through the eyes of the customer to give you the best outcome. The class involves a Crash Course where you will participate in a mini version to obtain experiential learning about the design thinking process. Then we walk you through your own challenge, using the methods and tools to get you the best outcome. The beauty of design thinking is that you can use all of the tools independently. You don't need to invest in a 3 day event to benefit from design thinking, but it's highly recommended if you've never experienced this method of problem solving before. WARNING: This model changes culture!! After this experience, people gain empathy, desire to produce with the customer in mind, and dissolve "property" lines to work together. Focus Group SessionsWHO: For those who are looking for feedback and qualitative data. This could be used to take the organization's cultural temperature, or get reactions during the pre-launch phase of product development.
