I'm the Chief Operating Officer of Bodacious Enlightenment. It is both my joy and mission in life to gain and share enlightenment with others. I was born a teacher... I remember lining up my stuffed animals for a lesson on how to write the alphabet before kindergarten. I have a Bachelors in education and have spent the last 20 years teaching and facilitating adults to become a better version of themselves in the workplace and in their personal lives as well.
I use a systematic approach to developing training that incorporates a human-centered mindset to every project. Training is one of many tools businesses use to retain and attract high quality talent. Coaching leaders to be the relationship driven, results minded, effective leader they can be, is extremely rewarding and has a high impact on organizations. It's my pleasure to assist them in achieving their mission and goals. |
